The mission is the basis for all of the school/centers activities and it drives our decision-making, policy development, budgetary processes, operations, and practices. The mission documents collectively emphasize CAS/C’s commitment to providing quality-driven education to our chosen student population. Since its inception in 2015, Cambodia American School/Center has primarily served students who would not have been able to meet or exceed his or her higher education goals, due to cost and accessibility.

The founder created CAS/C with the purpose of providing a private, yet small American style Child and Adult – English as a Second Language learning opportunities for the poor, disadvantaged and the working adult within the Kingdom of Cambodia. The School/Center’s vision and core values stress our commitment to “serving those that others do not want to serve,” by providing accessible, achievable, affordable, quality-driven education that is student-centered and customer service focused.
