V Lounge Bar - Sihanoukville, Cambodia

I went there a few times just to play pool and drink cocktails with my girlfriend, the reason we chose this place was because it was dead, not 1 other customer in there, which we liked, had the pool table to ourselves. The cocktails were good, but more expensive than anywhere else, there was 1 girl working, making the cocktails and bringing them over, when we left, we paid the over priced bill and left. There was also 1 other Foreigner always in there looking depressed and never friendly behind the bar who collected the money, the last night when we paid him, he got upset and told us to tip the girl, I said no, we paid for our expensive drinks and I dont tip for alcohol, and we left and will never return, this attitude is part of the reason this place is empty, I never in my life have been asked to tip for drinking in a bar.
