Currently, we operate several subsidiaries, including Sovannaphumi School, Sovannaphumi Kids, East West International School, American Pacific International School, and the NTC Training Center.

Duties

• To prepare comprehensive training programs and roadmap for all staff at Sovannaphumi Kids, including the management team, teaching staff, and operations team, to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
• To monitor, and evaluate the effectiveness of the training to comply with the requirements of the Quality Assurance Unit of Sovannaphumi Kids.
• To provide support in implementing fair and competitive benefits and compensation policies for all Sovannaphumi Kids employees, contributing to overall employee satisfaction and retention at the organization.
• To plan and execute events and outreach initiatives to promote Sovannaphumi Kids and engage with the community.

Requirements

• Bachelor in early years education or preschool program (master's degree is preferred);
• Minimum of 3 years experience in the training and development field;
• Good knowledge of teaching and learning assessment in preschools;
• Working knowledge of training evaluation in preschools;
• Good English proficiency, proven by IELTS band at least 6.0;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Demonstration of ability to work on multi-tasks to meet deadlines and under pressure;
• Demonstration of good leadership/ teamwork spirits;
• Strong commitment to diversity; and
• Working knowledge of MS Office skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
