Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies for air conditioning to achieve business objectives, increase market share, and drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Set sales targets and develop sales forecasts, budgets, and plans to achieve them.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, including training, coaching, and performance management.
  • Identify and target potential customers in the commercial, industrial, and residential sectors who require air conditioning solutions for their projects.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, architects, consultants, contractors, and developers to secure business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Design and technical teams to develop customized air conditioning solutions that meet project requirements and customer specifications.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers to ensure profitable project outcomes while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor project announcements, and competitor activities to identify potential projects.
  • Monitor and analyze sales and marketing KPIs to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
  • Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, advertising, events, and promotions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Additional technical qualifications in MVAC, Air Conditioning are a plus
  • At least 5 years work experience as a Sales and Marketing Manager or in all similar role within the air conditioning industry.
  • Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing sales and marketing plans that achieved business objectives.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Salary
USD 1200 - 1500 gross (negotiable) (USD)
